Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 288wi platform, including the website at https://288wi.cam, any associated mobile interfaces, applications and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 288wi is operated as an online sports betting and casino information and entertainment service targeting adult users.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 288wi ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds where clearly separated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid documentary proof of identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the 288wi website, mobile interfaces and all services accessible under the domain https://288wi.cam.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the User into their Account from a personal payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who registers, accesses or uses the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox (where provided), or by continuing to access and use the Platform following notification of changes to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
4. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your Account;
5. You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use an Account on 288wi, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• Be of sound mind and acting of your own free will;
• Not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 288wi or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be located in, or be a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where access to the Platform is blocked or restricted.

Account Registration

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment details) constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and permanent ban.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address and, where required, a Pakistan CNIC number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

• Registration is available to residents of eligible jurisdictions only;
• Only one Account is permitted per household, device, IP address and payment method in cases of shared infrastructure;
• 288wi may require documentary verification of identity, address and payment method at registration or at any subsequent stage, including at withdrawal;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure without refund of winnings.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. Specifically:

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party;
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account;
• You must notify 288wi support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• 288wi support personnel will never request your password — any communication claiming to be from 288wi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, is strongly recommended for all Accounts.

288wi accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from your voluntary or involuntary disclosure of login credentials to any third party.

Deposits & Payments

All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier and may change without advance notice. Familiar Pakistan payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (IBFT) and major bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as context only. Their inclusion does not imply that those providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify available options in the live cashier at the time of deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier;
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by the Operator's payment processor;
• Deposit fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation;
• 288wi reserves the right to refuse, reverse or apply enhanced due diligence to any deposit at its sole discretion where fraud, money laundering or other policy violations are suspected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full identity and payment method verification must be completed prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits;
• Name Matching: The name on your receiving payment account must exactly match your registered 288wi Account name;
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed;
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies, as displayed in the live cashier;
• Method Restrictions: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the available options in the cashier at the time of the request;
• Processing Times: 288wi does not guarantee withdrawal processing times. Timelines depend on internal review processes, the payment provider and any applicable regulatory checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available through the 288wi Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual offer terms;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake limit applies per wager while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, or not at all — refer to individual offer terms;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without notice;
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time;
• Bonus Abuse: 288wi reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and/or close Accounts where bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, collusion or use of multiple accounts — is identified.

PKR amounts referenced in individual promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 25,000) are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live offer values. Always verify current offer terms in the Promotions section of the Platform.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on 288wi:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. 288wi reserves the right to display updated odds at any time prior to bet confirmation;
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is generated, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User unless an early cash-out feature is available and activated for that specific bet;
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific in-play rules for that event apply;
• In the event of a technical error, manifestly incorrect odds or a pricing error, 288wi reserves the right to void affected bets. Users will be notified where this occurs;
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time at the Operator's discretion, particularly around significant match events such as wickets, goals or red cards;
• Specific rules for cricket (including PSL and ICC T20 markets), football, UFC, and other sports are detailed in the individual market rules within the Platform's Help section.

Responsible Gambling

288wi is committed to responsible gambling. The following tools are available to registered Users and may be accessed through Account Settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net losses over a given period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a session has reached a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 288wi. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288wi Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, financial crime or other unlawful activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or manifest pricing mistakes;
• Collusion with other players, including sharing bet strategies through coordinated accounts to exploit bonus offers;
• Automated betting, use of bots, scripts or any non-human interface to access or interact with the Platform;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to access the Platform's source code;
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or corruption in connection with wagered events;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at 288wi staff or other users.

288wi reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend Accounts pending investigation, void associated bets and winnings, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 288wi Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, trademarks and trade names — is owned by or licensed to 288wi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in relation to that intellectual property other than the limited licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as a registered User.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 288wi. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi and its officers, directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits or business opportunities resulting from system downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond 288wi's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations;
• Losses arising from events, data or information provided by third-party suppliers including sports data feeds, live dealer studios or payment processors;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not contractually guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 288wi's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

288wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or suspected;
• KYC documentation cannot be verified or is found to be fraudulent;
• Suspicious activity, money laundering or fraud is detected or suspected;
• The User is identified as an excluded or self-excluded individual;
• Regulatory or legal requirements in any applicable jurisdiction necessitate Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 288wi support team. Following closure, any Real Money balance (minus any applicable deductions as permitted under these Terms) will be returned to the payment method of record after completion of outstanding KYC and verification checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wi holds its operating licence. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, the Operator reserves the right to determine the governing law applicable to any dispute arising from these Terms.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legislation including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. 288wi does not represent that the Platform operates under Pakistani law or with Pakistani regulatory approval. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the Operator's designated dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from the support team.

Amendments to These Terms

288wi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
